INTRODUCTION

Electrical engineering is a field which is related to electric and electronic system research. It covers the design, invention, manufacture, maintainance, testing, and quality control of a certain electrical component or eletrical system.

In this moden world, electrical engineering play a very important role in our country's growth, which is stated in our country's Main Industrial Plan  (Pelan Induk Perindustrian). In order to achieve this, electrical engineering is in a great demand nowdays.

OBJECTIVE

The main objective of this course is to train and provide graduates as an qualified electrical engineer to provide their expertise in the field such as: design, manufacturing, invention, reserch & development (R&D), maintainence, marketing, education, and training. To achieve this, great knowledge is needed to fulfill the best results.

COURSE ORGANIZATION

The total amount of credit needed is 136. During the 1st year, undergraduates were given a strong basic foundation which include Phisic, Chemistry and mathmatics. Some element of electrical engineering were aslo introduced.

Basic electrical engineering were taught during the 2nd year with special attention given to subjects like Electronics, Electrical Technology, Electrical Instruments & measurements and Electronics Digit.

During the 3rd year, core electrical subjects such as Power Engineering, Microprocessing, Digital System, Control System, Electromagnetic Field, Telecomunication Theory and Electronics were given priority.
